The Great Sage Agathiyar, After Explaining about the ‘First Lower Dimensional Eye World’ [Prathama Adho Chakshu Tala] of the Six Lower Dimensional Eye Worlds [Shashtha Chakshu Talas], the Great Sage then Gracefully Further started to Explain the ‘Tamil Sangam’, about the Rest of 5 Lower Dimensional Eye Worlds, which All Vitally Exist Manifested in the Unfathomably Huge Egg Shaped Parametric Ethereal Space [Maha Akasha] of the Infinite Universe [Brahmanda], which All Just Like the First Lower Dimensional Eye World, also Got Vitally Manifested through the ‘Parametric Interpenetrations’ of the ‘Adjacent Dimensional Worlds’, Which all Happened just by the ‘Willed Desire’’ [Bhava], which Originally Got Eventuated Out of the ‘Contemplating Mind’ of the ‘One and Only’ Great Father Lord ‘Adi Param Shiva’ of the Infinite Universe [Brahmanda] , to Widely Exist as the ‘DESIRE FORCE’ [ICHCHA SHAKTHI], to SET UP HIS GRAND EXPERIMENT of ‘UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUS EXPANSIONS’ [BRAHMANDA CHETNA VRIDDHI]. and Gracefully DIVIDED ITSELF into THREE MAJOR PARTS of 1. ‘POSITIVE ELECTRIC FORCE’ [GHANATAMIC VIDYUTH SHAKTHI- YANG], 2. ‘NEGATIVE MAGNETIC FORCE’ [RINATAMIC CHUMBAKIYA SHAKTHI – YIN], and 3. ‘’INACTIVE NEUTRAL FORCE’ [AKARMANA SHAKTHI], Which NEUTRALIZING FORCE of BALANCING & SETTING UP ‘’NEW CYCLES’’ [NAVEEN CHAKRAS], thus Having BOTH POSITIVE & NEGATIVE FORCES in a COMPROMISED & HARMONIZED BALANCE, thus DUTIFULLY EXISTS with the PRESERVING & BALANCING QUALITIES of SUPREME LORD OF ALL CYCLES ‘’ISHA’’ [HARI VISHNU, ADONAI, VENKATESH], as the ‘DARK POINT’ [KRISHNA BINDU] of ‘MAGNETIC ORIGINATION’ [CHUMBAKIYA UDGAM], with OPPOSITE CYCLE SET UP QUALITIES, in the ‘POSITIVE ELECTRIC FORCE CYCLE’ [GHANATAMIC VIDYUTH SHAKTHI CHAKRA- YANG], and as the ‘LIGHT POINT’ [SHUKLA BINDU] of ‘ELECTRIC ORIGINATION’ [VIDYUTH UDGAM], with OPPOSITE CYCLE SET UP QUALITIES, in the ‘NEGATIVE MAGNETIC FORCE CYCLE’ [RINATAMIC CHUMBAKIYA SHAKTHI CHAKRA- YIN], and their VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL INTERACTIONS, to START WITH Widely Established, the ‘INVISIBLE SPACE WEB FABRIC’ [ADRISHYA AKASHIK VASTRA JAAL], in the ‘PARAMETRIC OVAL ETHEREAL SPACE’ [GOLARDH ANDAKARA AKASHA], of GRAND CONSCIOUS EXPANSION EXPERIMENT, Called ‘THE INFINITE UNIVERSE’ [BRAHMANDA.
[2] Second Lower Dimensional Eye World [Dvitiyam Chakshu Tala] – The Great Sage Agathiyar Further Disclosed to the ‘Tamil Sangam’, that this ‘Second Lower Dimensional Eye World’ got Vitally Formulated due to Interpenetration of the 3 Lowest Dimensional Sub Levels of the ‘Vitala’, and the First 4 Lower Dimensional Levels of the Next Adjacently Lower Dimensional World of ‘Sutala’ {[‘Good’’[Su] ‘Level World’ [Tala]} which is also known as ‘Nitala’ {[‘Nether’’[Ni] ‘Level World’ [Tala]}, and thus in Totality this Second Dimensional Eye World [Dvitiyam Chakshu Tala] also have the Seven Differentiated Sub Levels [3 Sub Levels of Vitala + 4 Sub Levels of Sutala = 7 Sub Levels of Intellectual Activities], which in their Totality, Vitally Compose this Second Lower Dimensional Eye World.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, Gracefully Further Informed the Tamil Sangam that this Particular Lower Dimensional Eye World of ‘Great Shining Beauty’, Abundantly Provide those Type of ‘Material Riches’ to All Seekers, who Always Get Excited by Looking at the ‘Shining Gold’, and thus want to Own Large Quantities of it, and this Particular Lower Dimensional World [Chakshu Tala] Vitally Satisfy their all such Needs, as it is Commonly Found Everywhere in this Dimensional Eye World [Chakshu Tala], where it is known as the ‘Hataka Suvarna’ {[‘’Willfully, or Alchemically Created’ [Hataka] ‘’Good Form’, a Terminology Which Gets Attributed to the ‘Elemental Gold’’ [Suvarna]}, and thus All of its Residents, whether they are Common or Noble in their ‘Hierarchical Status’, can have As Much of it As they may Want, having it abundantly as per their Ensuing Needs.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, Gracefully Further added, that because this Particular Lower Dimensional Eye World [Chakshu Tala], Easily Provides the Material Riches in Abundant Quantities to All Seekers, who Always Wanted to become Rich by Owning Precious Gold, and this Vitally Manifested Lower Dimensional Eye [Chakshu Tala] also has the First 4 Levels of the ‘Sutala’ {[‘Good’’[Su] ‘Level World’ [Tala]}, which All have ‘Various Pious Effects’ Embedded in them, due to the Faithful Worshiping of the Great Lord ‘Ishvara’ [Hari Vishnu, Adonai, Venkatesh] by all its Residents, who is the Great Preserver Lord of ‘All Cycles’, and thus this Dimensional Eye has a ‘Special Group of those Workers’, who Formulate Those ‘Thought Forms’, which can Vitally help All those ‘Vital Conscious Existences’, who Originally Entered this Dimensional Eye Area [Chakshu Tala] with the ‘Utmost Greed’ [Adhiktam Lalach Lalasa] to Own a Lot of Precious Gold Metal, and then having it in Abundance, thus Lost All their Interest in it, and then Over the Passing of Time, they may Finally Start ‘Contemplating’ to Gradually Return back toward the Higher Dimensional Spiritual Worlds, by Willfully Mounting the Ascending Arc of ‘Evolutionary Spiral’.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, Further Disclosed to the ‘Tamil Sangam’, that All these ‘Special Workers’, Who Vitally Provide the ‘Liberating Thought Forms for Ascension’ to the Contemplating Minds of Such Seekers, Directly Work under the ‘Established Rule’ and ‘Guiding Instructions’, which have been Vitally Provided to them by the Pious King ‘Bali’ of ‘Sutala’, who Himself was Instructed to Do So by the Great Lord ‘Ishvara’ [Hari Vishnu, Adonai, Venkatesh]Himself, Who under His Own Protection made ‘Bali’ the King, to Wisely Rule All Dimensional Levels of ‘Sutala’ {[‘Good’’[Su] ‘Level World’ [Tala]}.
[3] Third Lower Dimensional Eye World [Tritiyam Chakshu Tala] – The Great Sage Agathiyar, after Giving the ‘Important and Main’ Details about the ‘Second Lower Dimensional Eye World’, then Further Started to Explain about the ‘Third Lower Dimensional World’, to the Gathered Seers and Sages of ‘Tamil Sangam’, by Gracefully Further Disclosing to them, that the ‘Third Lower Dimensional Eye World’ [Tritiyam Chakshu Tala] is Formulated due to Interpenetration of the 3 Lowest or the End Sub Levels of the ‘Sutala’, which Vitally Exist Manifested in the Descending Order, out of the Total 7 Manifested Sub Levels of ‘Sutala’ {[‘Good’’[Su] ‘Level World’ [Tala]}, and the Vitally Penetrating First 4 Lower Sub Levels of the Adjacently Next Lower Dimensional World of ‘Talatala’ [Variated Levels], thus in Totality this Dimensional Eye Level is also having its Own Seven Sub Levels [3 Sub Levels of Sutala {[‘Good’’[Su] ‘Level World’ [Tala]} + 4 Sub Levels of Talatala [Variated Levels] = 7 Sub Levels of Intellectual Activities].
The Great Sage Agathiyar Further added, that this Particular Third Dimensional Eye World [Tritiyam Chakshu Tala], as per the ‘Established Evolutionary Plan and Purpose’ of the ‘One and Only’ Great Creator Father Lord ‘Adi Param Shiva’, is Vitally Embodied to Carry On Various Types of ‘Intellectual Activities’ which are Related to the Attainment of Advanced ‘Occult Knowledge and Wisdom’ [Mantra, Yantra, Tantra Maha Jnana – Vijnana] Related to ‘Material World Sciences’ [Padartha Vidya], whose ‘Primary Preparations’ are Vitally Performed in this Third Lower Dimensional Eye World of Universe [Tritiyam Chakshu Tala].
The Great Sage Agathiyar, Gracefully Further Disclosed to the ‘Tamil Sangam’, that this Particular Lower Dimensional Eye World, is Vitally Entered by All Those Seekers of Occult Knowledge and Wisdom, who Vitally Aspire and thus want to ‘Faithfully Learn’ the Great ‘Secrets of Material World Sciences’ [Padartha Vidya Ghuyam Bheda] and thus Attain the Related ‘Perfections’ [Siddhis] under the Tutelage of ‘Great Masters of Wisdom’ [Siddhas], who All by having their Disciples and Initiated members already Vitally Stationed and thus Staying in those 4 Lowest Levels of this Dimensional Eye, which are also the Parts of the Lower Dimensional Level of ‘Talatala’, thus Carefully Check, Grade and thus Pick and Choose all those ‘Aspiring Students’ [Ichchuk Vidyarthi], who as per their Established Rules and Regulations of the Great Masters of Perfections [Siddhas], First get Vitally Qualified to be Partakers of Such ‘Occult Secrets’ [Agama Bheda], which are Related to the Great Occult Knowledge and Wisdom of All ‘Material World Sciences’ [Lokik Padartha Jnana-Vijnana] in the Universe [Brahmanda].
The Great Sage Agathiyar also further Added, that Among these Such Seekers of Occult Knowledge and Wisdom [Agama Bheda Jnana-Vijnana], there May be Many of those ‘Vital Conscious Existences’ [Jeeva Chetna Pranis], whose Material Greed [Padartha Lalach Lalasa] about the Worldly Riches, which is especially Related to Owning the Precious Metals [Uttama Dhatus], Got Totally Diminished or to a Great Extent, by Losing All their Such Interests in their Evolving Vital Consciousness Earlier in the Second Dimensional Eye World, with the Extended Help of those ‘Special Group of Workers’, who Formulated Those Very ‘Thought Forms’, which Vitally helped All these Vital Conscious Existence’s, who Originally had the ‘Utmost Greed’ [Adhiktam Padartha Lalach Lalasa] to Own a Lot of Precious Gold Metal, and then After having it in Great Abundance, Finally Lost their Interest in it, and then with the Impulses of these Helpful ‘Formulated Thought Forms’, Most of them thus Start ‘Contemplating’ to Return Back toward the Higher Dimensional Spiritual Worlds, But Many of them Instead Also, Get a Strong Urge and Subsequent Desire to Go Forward Further ‘Downwards’ upon the Descending Arc of ‘Evolutionary Spiral’, So they can also Vitally Learn All the Important Secrets of Material World Sciences, which All are Vitally Used to ‘Manipulate the Evolving Minds of All Vital Conscious Existences’, who Willfully Desire and thus Strongly Want to Just have ‘Material Experiences, Rather than the Needed ‘Spiritual Experiences’, which are Vitally Required as per the ‘Established Evolutionary Order’ of the Infinite Universe [Brahmanda], for their Intended Liberations [Mukti], and thus these ‘Material World Sciences’ for All Such ‘Vital Conscious Existences’ Vitally Formulate and thus Create the Hard to Resist, those Various Types of ‘Illusions’ [Maya], which are Collectively Made up of the ‘So Called Material Riches’.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, also further Informed the Seers and Sages of the ‘Tamil Sangam’, that Many from these Such Seeking Groups of Occult Knowledge and Wisdom [Agama Bheda Jnana-Vijnana], are ‘Outright Rejected’ for Various reasons, by the Examining ‘Disciples and Initiated Members’ of these Perfect Masters [Siddhas], as ‘Not Everyone Pass’ their Rigorous Tests, which Could Prove them to be Deemed Fit, and thus get Vitally Enrolled For Learning the ‘Secrets of Advanced Occult Knowledge and Wisdom’ [Ucchtama Agama Bheda Jnana-Vijnana], which are the ‘Vital Basis’ of ‘All Material World Sciences’ [Samastha Lokik Padartha Jnana-Vijnana] in the Universe [Brahmanda].
The Great Sage Agathiyar Further Disclosed to the Tamil Sangam, that Out of All those, Who get thus Rejected by the Examining Boards of the ’Perfect Masters’, Make Most of them Start ‘Contemplating’ to Return Back toward the Higher Dimensional Spiritual Worlds, But Many of them Still having a Strong Urge, Vitally Embedded in their ‘Vital Consciousness’, and also the Subsequent ‘Unquenched Desire’ to Go Forward Further ‘Downwards’, to Vitally Learn All the Important Secrets of Material World Sciences, which All are Vitally Used to ‘Manipulate’ the Evolving Minds of All ‘Vital Conscious Existences’, through Various Types of Material World ‘Illusions’, then Decide to Vitally Stay Back in this Third Lower Dimensional Eye World [Tritiyam Chakshu Tala].
The Great Sage Agathiyar Finally Concluded to the Seers and Sages of ‘Tamil Sangam’, that From the Rejected One’s, All those, Who by Staying Back, and Still Wanting to Go Forward Further ‘Downwards’, to Vitally Learn All the Important Secrets of Material World Sciences [Samastha Ucchtama Vishesha Agama Bheda Jnana-Vijnana], under the Tutelage of the Great ‘Masters of Perfections’ [Siddhas], then Seek Various ‘Ways and Means’ to Cure All their Impending Defects, so they All can One day in Future, Get ‘Finally Accepted’ for Such Important Trainings and Related ‘Initiations’, and Perform Needed Rituals of ‘Tapas’ [Meditative Practices to Produce Radiant Heat], to Vitally Acquire Needed Qualifying ‘Tejas’ [Radiance], while Vitally Living in the Dimensional Levels of this Third Lower Dimensional World, while the Other Chosen Ones, Although Very Few in Numbers Vitally Left after their ‘Rigorous Tests’, Gracefully Go Forward Further Downwards, to Join their ‘Intended Groups’ under the Protection of their Group Examiners, so they All can also Gracefully become the ‘Learning Students’ of the ‘Occult Sciences’, under the Tutelage of ‘Great Masters of Perfections’ [Siddhas] , and the INTRICATE ASPECTS of this MANDATED PROCESS OF SECRET INITIATION’S, Culminating into ‘HIGHER OCCULT SCIENCES’ [UCCHATAM AGAMIC VIDYA], is FORBIDDEN to be DISCLOSED, to ALL, EXCEPT Among the ‘CHOSEN SERVANTS’ [SEVAK GANAS], of SUPREME LORD OF ALL CYCLES ‘ISHA’ [VISHNU, ADONAI, VENKATESH], Who GRACEFULLY PRESIDES Over ALL UNIVERSAL ‘’SPIRITUAL SCIENCES’’ [ADHYATAMIC JNANA-VIJNANA], & ‘’MATERIAL SCIENCES’’ [PADARTHA JNANA-VIJNANA], in Every DIMENSIONAL WORLD’S ‘GALAXY’ [BRAHMANDA MANDALA], of this ‘INFINITE UNIVERSE’ [ANANTHA BRAHMANDA].
