The Great Sage Agathiyar, After Gracefully Giving Various Details to the ‘Tamil Sangam’ about the ‘Fifth Lower Dimensional Eye World’, then Gracefully Further Started to Explain about the Final and the Last ‘Lower Dimensional Eye World, which being known as the ‘Shashtham Chakshu Tala’ [Sixth Lower Dimensional Eye World], also ‘Vitally Exist’ in the Infinite Universe [Brahmanda], to ‘Vitally Play Out’ its Own Given ‘Distinctive and Important Role’ in the Ongoing ‘Established Evolution’, which Originally Got Started by the ‘Willed Desire’ [Karama Bhava] of the ‘One and Only’ Great and ‘Unknowable’ Father Lord ‘Adi Param Shiva’ of the Infinite Universe [Brahmanda].
[6] Sixth Lower Dimensional Eye World [Shashtham Chakshu Tala] – The Great Sage Agathiyar Further Disclosed to the ‘Tamil Sangam’, that this ‘Sixth and Final Lower Dimensional Eye World’ got ‘Vitally Formulated’ due to Interpenetration of the 3 Lowest Dimensional Levels of the ‘Rasatala’, which is Also known among all the Devotees of Great Lord ‘Ishvara’ [Hari Vishnu, Vasudeva, Adonai, Venkatesh] as the ‘Sritala’ {[‘Level’ [Tala] of ‘Wealth’ [Sri]} and the ‘Sutala’ {[‘Good’ [Su] ‘Level’ [Tala]}, and the First 4 Lower Dimensional Levels of the ‘Next Adjacently Lower’ Dimensional World of ‘Patala’ {[‘Found or Foundation’ [Pa] ‘Level’ [Tala]}, which is Also Known Among Some Exalted Conscious Seers and Sages as the ‘Ananta Loka’ {[ ‘Without End’ [Ananta] ‘World’ [Loka]} / [The Dimensional World of the Infinite One], and thus in Totality this Sixth Dimensional Eye World [Shashtam Chakshu Tala] also have its Own Seven Differentiated Sub Levels [3 Sub Levels of Rasatala + 4 Sub Levels of Patala = 7 Levels of Shashtham Chakshu Tala], which in their Totality, Vitally Compose this Final and Sixth Lower Dimensional Eye World.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, also Gracefully Disclosed to the ‘Tamil Sangam’, that the First 3 Levels of this Sixth Lower Dimensional Eye World, are Totally Dedicated, to All the ‘Devotional Efforts’ of the Most Exalted Conscious Devotees [Bhakthas] of the Great Lord ‘Sripathi’ [Supreme Lord of All Wealths, Having Many Title Names, ‘Isha, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’ Etc.], whose ‘Vital Creative Works’ are of ‘Such Importance’, that they can ‘Instantly Uplift’ the ‘Material Conscious’ [Padartha Chetna] of ‘Anyone’ from all the 13 Lower Dimensional Worlds [7 Lower Dimensional Worlds + 6 Lower Dimensional Eye Worlds = 13 Lower Dimensional Worlds of Material World Sciences] to Great Heights, and become ‘Seeded’ [Beejith] with the ‘Vital Conscious Enlightening Spores’ [Prakasha Chetna Tejasvi Tatva Jeevanus] of ‘Spirituality’ [Adhyatama].
The Great Sage Agathiyar Further Informed to the Seers and Sages of the ‘Tamil Sangam’, that it were the ‘Enlightening Frequencies’ [Tejasvi Rashmis] of these ‘Devotional Efforts Creative Works’, which ‘Vitally Effected’ and Ending in Uplifting the ‘Vital Consciousness’ [Jeeva Chetna] of the Great ‘Danvas’ [Demons] named ‘Jaya’ and ‘Vijaya’, when they were ‘Dutifully Stationed’ in The Lower Levels of the Adjacently Situated 5th Dimensional Lower Dimensional Eye World, thus making them also Great Devotees [Bhakthas] of the Great Lord ‘Sripathi’ [Supreme Lord of All Wealth, with Title Names as ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’, Etc.], who being Pleased with their Such Devotion [Bhakthi] Promoted them to become ‘The Protectors’ [Rakhshasa] and also His Personal Bodyguards [Dvarapalas].
The Great Sage Agathiyar, Further Added that these First Three Levels of this Last or the Sixth Dimensional Eye World, are ‘Vitally Governed’ by the Great Serpent King ‘Nagaraja Vasuki Naga’, the ‘Favorite Serpent’ [Naga] [Priya Naga] of the Great Lord ‘Maheshvara’ [Sada Shiva, Dakshina Murthi, EL, AL], Who is thus the Main Caretaker and In Charge of ‘All Security and Related Provisions’, Which are Reverently Utilized in the Services of the Great Lord ‘Sripathi’ [Supreme Lord of All Wealth, with Title Names as ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’, Etc.] in these Realms. The Great ‘Vasus’ [Establishing Beings & Entities], the Famed Children of the Great Serpent King ‘Nagaraja Vasuki Naga’, also Mostly Frequent here, and Enjoy the ‘Great Beauty’ [Ramanik Sundartha] of these First Three Levels of the 6th Dimensional Eye World. The Great Looking ‘Beautiful Daughters’ of Yakshas, Daityas, Danvas, Etc. who all are known here as hailing from ‘The Famous Protector Clans’ [Rakhshasa], Also Enjoyably Live in the Beautiful Realms of these First Three Levels, which are also known as the ‘Sutalas’ meaning ‘The Good Levels’.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, Further Disclosed to the ‘Tamil Sangam’, that All those, who have been Given Specific Duties to ‘Protect and Secure’ these ‘First Three Important Dimensional Levels’ of the ‘Last Dimensional Eye World’ [Antim Chakshu Tala], with All their Mighty Powers from the ‘Unwanted Outsiders’, are the Chosen ‘Mighty and Valiant Warriors’ [Shurveer Yodhas] from the Various ‘Danava and Daitya’ Clans [Hierarchical Demonic Groups], known as ‘The Protectors’ [Rakhshasa’s], who All are Basically the ‘Shivaganas’ [Dutiful Servants of Spiral Motion Invincible Great Lord ‘Sada Shiva’, Who is also Known with Other Names as the Fiery Lord ‘Aja Aika Pada Rudra’, Dakshina Murthi, Maha Deva, El. Al. Etc.] having the ‘Highest Values’ and Unmatched Integrities’, and are thus Vitally Employed in the Respectful Services of the ‘Great Lord Sripathi’ [Supreme Lord of All Wealth, with Title Names as ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’, Etc.], by the Great Serpent King ‘Vasuki Naga’ Himself, to Gracefully Perform all their ‘Prestigious Duties’.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, also Gracefully Disclosed to the ‘Tamil Sangam’, that All these Great Devotees [Bhakthas] of Great Lord ‘Sripathi’ [The Holder Lord of All Spiritual and Material Wealth] having their ‘Most Exalted Vital Conscious’ Status in these First 3 Levels of this Sixth Lower Dimensional Eye World, thus ‘Devotionally’ and ‘Faithfully’ Always Keep their Vital Conscious ‘Intoned’ with the Great Lord Sripathi’s Formulating ‘Ensuing Desires’ [Bhava Icchas], which the Preserving Lord of ‘All Material World Sciences’ [Samastha Lokik Padartha Jnana-Vijnana], Continuously Vitally Formulates in ‘His Desire Mind’, Concerning about the ‘Ongoing Cycles’, as well About All the ‘Evolutionary Changes’ which Might be ‘Vitally Needed’ to ‘Preserve’ them from Any Unforeseeable Situations, which Might ‘Wrongfully Occur’ in Any of the Dimensional Worlds [Lokas] or in Any of their Manifested Levels [Sthapith Talas].
The Great Sage Agathiyar Further Added, that as these ‘3 First Levels’ of this Final or the 6th Dimensional Eye World [Chakshu Tala], are also a Part and Parcel of the Lower Dimensional World of ‘Rasatala’ {[‘Magnetic ‘Essence Liquid’ [Rasa] ‘Level’, and thus all these 3 Important Levels are Collectively Considered as the Venerated ‘Feet and Sole’ [Charan Tala] Area of the Lord ‘Sripathi’s’ Holy Feet’, in which the Great Illusory Force ‘Maha Maya’ of the Universe [Brahmanda], Herself Acting as the Serving Dasi [Slave] ‘Sri Devi’ [Controlling Force of Wealth], along With the Venerated and Beautiful ‘Mansa’ [Controller of Minds] Vitally Serve their Great Lord ‘Sripathi’ [Supreme Lord of All Wealth, with Title Names as ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’, Etc.], while Go on Caressing Him with their ‘Extreme Love’, through ‘All Ways of Possible Material World Pleasures’, and thus Greatly Please their Great Controller Lord ‘Sripathi’ [Supreme Lord of All Wealth, with Title Names as ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’, Etc.], the One and Only ‘Holder and Preserver of Worldly Illusions’, which All Vitally Exist as the ‘Various Types of Wealth’s’ in the ‘Formulated Matrix’ [Sthapith Paripancha], along with a Wide Range of their Various ‘Attributes’, which Covers All Types of Manifested ‘Ridhi’s [Earned Wealth], Siddhi’s [Perfections], Niddhi’s [Accumulated Possessions], and the So Called ‘Name and Fame’ [Yasha], which are Vitally Prevalent in All the Levels [Talas] of the Manifested Dimensional Worlds of the Infinite Universe [Brahmada].
The Great Sage Agathiyar, Further Disclosed to the ‘Tamil Sangam’, that in these First 3 Dimensional Levels of this Lowest Dimensional Eye World [Chakshu Tala], Those ‘Ishvara’ [Supreme Lord of All Wealth, with Title Names as ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’, Etc.] Devotees [Hari Bhakthas], who All are having their ‘Great Hierarchical and Prestigious Status’ due to their ‘Extremely Pious Intoning’, while Vitally Living among all the Chosen ‘Devotees’ [Bhakthas of the Lord ‘Sripathi’ [Supreme Lord of All Wealth, with Title Names as ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’, Etc.], Faithfully ‘Vitally Perform’ their ‘Important Given Duties’, which are Mostly Related to All ‘Short and Long Cycles’, which Vitally Enhance All Ongoing Material Science Operations’ [Padartha Prakriti Jnana-Vijnana Karmas] of ‘Non Spiritual Works, Which are of Purely ‘Materialistic Nature’ [Padartha Prakriti], by ‘Vitally Intoning’ them with Various Degrees of ‘Enlightening Frequencies’ [Tejas Rashmis], which are Part of their Curriculum in these 3 Levels, and thus known as the Great ‘Devotional Efforts Creative Works’.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, thus Concluded to the Seers and Sages of ‘Tamil Sangam’, that apart from the Great ‘Unknowable’ Creator Father Lord ‘Adi Param Shiva’ Himself, and His 3 Main Differentiated Conscious Aspects [Maheshvara, Ishvara, and Brahma], Whatever Else Subjectively [Arupa] or Objectively [Rupa] Exists, Vitally Manifested in the Egg Shaped Parametric Ethereal Space [Andakara Maha Akasha Paridhi] of the Infinite Universe [Brahmanda], have All the Three Qualities [Trigunas – Tamas, Rajas, and Sathva] of Various ‘Different Proportions’ Embedded in them, and Thus in All Universal Sciences, whether They are of the ‘Spiritual Kind or of the Material Kind’, Sometimes during the Onslaught of All Related ‘Spiritual or Material Matters’ they thus Accordingly also Show their ‘Hidden Intoning’s’.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, after Gracefully Giving Various Details about the First 3 Levels of this Final or the 6th Lower Dimensional Eye World [Shashtham Chakshu Tala], then Started to Explain about the Other 4 Important Levels of this Lowest Dimensional Eye World.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, Further Informed the Seers and Sages of ‘Tamil Sangam’ that these Final 4 Levels of this Lowest Dimensional World are also a Part and Parcel of the Lower Dimensional World of ‘Patala’ {[‘’Found or Foundation’ [Pa] ‘Level’ [Tala]}, Which being the Lowest Dimensional World in the Vital Group of 7 Lower Dimensional Worlds, ‘Vitally Corresponds’ to the Highest Dimensional Radiant World of ‘Satyam Loka’ [Higher Dimensional Level of Absolute Truth], and thus these 4 Lower Levels of this Lowest Dimensional Eye World also Vitally Corresponds to the First 4 Levels of the Highest Dimensional Eye World of ‘Satyam Loka’ [Higher Dimensional World of Absolute Truth].
The Great Sage Agathiyar Further Added, that the Composing Matter of these 4 Levels are of the Greatest Rarities, having ‘Very Long Frequencies’, which make these Levels to Vitally Appear to All its Residents, as the Magnetic Liquid Worlds of Calmly ‘Flowing Waters’, and thus are known as the ‘Source of All Waters’ among them , and these Very Long Frequencies of Rare ‘Ethereal Matter’ [Akashik Padartha], are the Very ‘SOURCE’ [UDGAM] of All Rare Elemental Gases, Whose Invisible ‘’ELEMENTAL ESSENCES’’ [TATVA JEEVANUS], through their Embedded Magnetic Affinities, then Join Together to Formulate & Create the ‘MAGNETIC LIQUID ETHEREAL MATTERS’ [CHUMABAKIYA AKASHIK APAS PADARTHA], of MOST RARE KINDS, Which Gets Widely Utilized by ‘VARIOUS EVOLUTIONARY PARTS’ [VIBHINN CHETNA VRIDDHI ANGAS], of ALL SUBJECTIVELY & OBJECTIVELY Manifested ‘GALAXIES’ [BRAHMANDA MANDALAS], All Dutifully Existing in the ‘INVISIBLE SPACE WEB’ [ADRISHYA AKASHIK JAAL], of this ‘INFINITE UNIVERSE’ [BRAHMANDA].
The Great Sage Agathiyar, Further Informed the Seers and Sages of ‘Tamil Sangam’ that these Final 4 Levels of this Lowest Eye Dimensional World [Antim Chakshu Loka], are the ‘Vital Domains’ of the Most Learned and Legendary ‘Vidyadharas’ [The Holders of Great Knowledge and Wisdom], who are widely known as the ‘Radiant Conscious Children’ of the ‘Infinite Wisdom Holder’ named ‘Anantha’ [The Infinite One], also known as the Great Serpent King ‘Nagaraja Sheshnaga’ [Seraphim Overlord of All Reptilian Conscious Existences], the Overlord of All Reptilian Races, who also Rules these 4 levels of the Lowest Dimensional Eye World.
The Great Sage Agathiyar Further added, that all these 4 Lowest Levels of this Last Dimensional Eye World are also numbered as the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Levels, Out of which in the 1st, 2nd, and the 3rd Levels, the ‘Great Vidyadharas’ [Holders of Great Knowledge and Wisdom], Vitally Perform their Great Experiments, which are Related to all those ‘Material World Sciences’ [Lokik Padartha Jnana-Vijnana], which Pertain to the ‘Dense Material Types of Absolute Truths’, and the 4th or the ‘Bottom level’ being the Lowest Level of this Last Dimensional Eye World [Antim Chakshu Tala], is the Resident Domain [Greha Sthana] of ‘Vidyadharas’ [The Great Holders of Knowledge and Wisdom], All having their Great and Beautiful Structures of ‘Unparalleled Elegant Designs’ with Various Types of Glamorous Furnishings.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, Gracefully Further Disclosed to the Seers and Sages of ‘Tamil Sangam’, that the Composing Matter of these Last Four Levels of this 6th Dimensional Eye World are of the Highest Rarities, which is ‘Vitally Embodied’ by the ‘Tiny Life Elemental Essences’ [Sookshma Tatva Jeevanus] of Great Rarities, which cause it to appear like ‘Liquid Looking Ethereal Matter’ [Apas Sadrishya Akashik Padartha], and they All have been also Gracefully Bestowed with ‘Extra Special Attributes’ by the ‘Great Lord Ishvara’ [Supreme Lord of All Wealth, with Title Names as ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’, Etc.] of All Illusions [Maya], the Second Differentiated Vital Conscious Aspects of ‘One and Only Great Father Lord ‘Adi Param Shiva’, Vitally Manifested After the ‘VAAMDEVA RUDRA MUKHA’ [SOUTH WEST FACE], to DUTIFULLY EXIST among the THREE INTELLECTUAL ACTIVITY CONTROLLER FACES, of the ONE UNKNOWABLE UNIVERSAL FATHER LORD, as the CYCLES GENERATING & their PRESERVING ASPECTS CONTROLLER, and is Widely Known Among All PROPHETS, SEERS, & SAGES, as the Most Venerable ‘ISHNA MUKHA’ [NORTH EAST FACE], of this INFINITE UNIVERSE, to Vitally Carry in their ‘Embodied Consciousness’, those Specific Information’s, which can be Vitally Utilized by all the ‘Vidyadharas’ {[‘Holders of’ [Dharas] ‘Knowledge’ [Vidya]} to Perform their Great Experiments of ‘Material World Sciences’ [Lokik Padartha Jnana-Vijnana], which could be Later on Successfully used to ‘Formulate and Create’ Various ‘Patterns of Illusion’ [Maya], as well as their Corresponding Mathematical and the Geometrical ‘Vital Sound and Light Frequencies’, whose Creative Works Mostly takes Place in the ‘Adjacently Higher Dimensional Eye World’, which is known as the ‘5th Lower Dimensional Eye World’ [Panchamam Chakshu Tala].
The Great Sage Agathiyar Further added, that The Presence of ‘Holy Laydown Form’ of the Great Lord ‘Ishvara’ [Supreme Lord of All Wealth, with Title Names as ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’, Etc.], Further extended upward from the First 3 Levels of this Lowest Dimensional Eye World, up to his ‘Heart Chakra’ [Anahatha], which is Vitally stationed in the Last 7th or the Bottom Level of this 6th Lower Dimensional Eye World, while Gracefully Resting upon the ‘Great Body’ of Serving ‘Anantha’ [Nagaraja Sheshanaga], is Always Gracefully Felt in these 4 Lowest Level of this Last Dimensional Eye World [Antim Chakshu Tala], by All the Vidyadharas {[‘Holders of’ [Dharas] ‘Knowledge’ [Vidya]}, as well by All the Great Devotees of the Great Lord Ishvara [Hari Vishnu], Who by having their Vital Consciousness ‘Totally Merged’ in the Divine and ‘Graceful Love’ of the Great ‘Lord Ishvara’ [Supreme Lord of All Wealth, with Title Names as ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’, Etc.], Dutifully Serve Him, Blissfully Singing His Praises with Love and Joy.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, thus Concluded, to the ‘Tamil Sangam’, that the Bottom or the 4th Level of this Final 6th Dimensional Eye World, Vitally Corresponds to the ‘Radiant Heart Chakra’ [Anahata] of the Great Lord ‘Ishvara’ [Supreme Lord of All Wealth, with Title Names as ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’, Etc.], and thus the ‘Radiant Light’ of the Great Lord’s ‘Blissful Heart’ always Embodies the ‘Blissful Peace’, which Vitally Prevails Everywhere in this 4th Level, which is also the ‘Residence Domain’ [Greha Sthana] of All ‘Vidyadharas’ [The Holders of Knowledge and Wisdom], as well as of All the Great Devotees [Bhakthas] of the Great Lord Ishvara [Hari Vishnu], who all Gracefully live here Blissfully, having their Vital Consciousness Totally Merged in the ‘Joy’ of their Great Lord ‘Ishvara’ [Supreme Lord of All Cycles, with Title Names as ‘Hari Vishnu’, ‘Vasudeva’, ‘Adonai’, ‘Venkatesh’, Etc.].
The Great Sage Agathiyar also Informed an Important Fact [Vishesha Tathya], to the ‘Tamil Sangam’, that All the ‘Brahmanda Mandalas’ [Galaxies], ‘Rashi Mandalas’ [Constellations], ‘Aditiya Mandalas’ [Solar Universes], and ‘Greha Mandalas’ [Planetary Systems] Etc., which are Objectively Manifested [Rupa] , and due to their MOST DENSE FORM MANIFESTATIONS, of ‘VARIOUS ELEMENTAL GRADES’ [GASEOUS, LIQUIDS. & SOLIDS], Could be Visibly Seen by the Evolving Humanity of this Planet Earth [Prithvi Greha] in the ‘Celestial Skies’ through their Naked Eyes, Come under the Realms of these ‘Lower Dimensional Worlds’, where ‘Dense Material World Sciences’ [Thos Padartha Lokik Jnana-Vijnana] Greatly Impact the ‘Ongoing Evolutions’, and All those Subjectively Manifested Mandalas [Arupa], which ‘Could Not’ be Seen through Naked Eyes, by the Evolving Humanity of this Planet Earth, Vitally Come under the Realms of Previously Mentioned ‘Higher Dimensional Worlds’, where ‘Rarer Spiritual World Sciences’ [Akashik Padartha Adhyatamic Jnana-Vijnana] Greatly Impact the ‘Ongoing Evolutions’.
The Great Sage Agathiyar, after Vitally Informing the Important Details about All the Six Lower Dimensional Eye Worlds, to the Seers and Sages of ‘Tamil Sangam’, thus Finally Concluded, that the Earlier Mentioned 7 Lower Dimensional Worlds along with these Six Lower Dimensional Eye Worlds, also form a ‘Collective Group’ of 13 Lower Dimensional Worlds [7 Lower Dimensional Worlds + 6 Lower Dimensional Eye Worlds = Group of 13 Lower Dimensional Worlds], which in its Entirety as a ‘Group of 13’, Vitally Corresponds to the ‘Collective Group’ of 13 Higher Dimensional Worlds.
The Great Sage Agathiyar also Finally added, that this Total Group of 13 Lower Dimensional Worlds, along with Earlier Mentioned Group of 13 Higher Dimensional Worlds, thus in their Totality Comprise a ‘Grand Total of 26 Dimensional Worlds’ [13 Lower Worlds + 13 Higher Worlds = 26 Dimensional Worlds], which Vitally Existing as the ‘Main Evolutionary Segment’ out of the ‘28 Manifested Dimensional Worlds’, thus Vitally ‘Go On Playing’ their Own Respective ‘Mandated Roles’ [Nirdharith Karama Karyakramma] in the Ongoing Evolution, which all is Gradually taking place in the Unfathomably Huge Egg Shaped Infinite Universe [Brahmanda], Proceeding Forward, through the ‘Evolutionary Spiral’, as per the Mandated Rules and Regulations, which the ‘One and Only’ Great ‘Unknowable’ Creator Father Lord ‘Adi Param Shiva’, Originally Established in the ‘Great Parametric Ethereal Space’ [Maha Akasha] of Universe [Brahmanda].
